Well, some cultures do celebrate the day of conception. I know people that mention in passing, the day their kids were conceived and congratulate their kids. Most women don’t know when they conceived though. Also miscarriages are a thing. I know people who don’t throw baby showers because they believe it’s jinxing the pregnancy.
